Whisk together the Hoisin, Soy, Vegetable Oil, Rice Vinegar, Wasabi, Ginger and Sugar.
Cook the Pork over medium-high heat. When it is mostly browned with still a little pink areas add the sauce. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes until the sauce is thick and bubbly
While the Pork is cooking in the sauce use a grill pan to heat the flour tortillas to give them some char marks.
Place a spoonful of the Pork on the tortilla and top with Carrot, Cucumbers and Cabbage. Drizzle with additional pan sauce
