Place the Potatoes and onions in the Crockpot. Whisk together the Stock, Garlic and Paprika. Por over the Potatoes and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 hours
Place the Potatoes in a serving bowl. Toss with the Green Onions, Salt and Pepper

Whisk together the Sour Cream, Horseradish, Onion, Dill, Garlic and Salt. Chill until ready to serve
