Wash and piece the Potatoes (bake or microwave them)
Cut off a slice from one side of the Potato and hollow out about half of the interior. Fill that empty interior to overflowing with cubes of your Cheese. Wrap with two strips of Bacon and secure with plenty of toothpicks
Place the Potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
Remove from the Oven, Baste well with BBQ Sauce then place back in the Oven for a final 10 minutes
Remove the toothpicks, baste again with the BBQ Sauce then serve with a dollop of Sour Cream and garnish with Green Onions.
