  1. Combine the spices. Coat the Brisket in the rub and allow to marinate in the fridge overnight
  2. Heat the oven to 225. Place the brisket on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Add some Apple Cider and Beef Stock to the pan and cover in foil in roast for 6 hours
  3. Heat the Smoker to 250. Remove the foil from the pan and place the Brisket in the smoker for 3-4 hours. Looking for an internal temp of 200
  4. Server the chopped Brisket on a buttered roll topped with Cole Slaw

Either buy some KFC Cole Slaw or make this clone version.
