Cook the Ground Chicken over medium high heat. When browned deglaze with the Rice Vinegar
While the Chicken is cooking whisk together the Soy, Lime Juice, Go-chu-chang, Brown Sugar, Ginger and Garlic. Add to the Cooked Chicken and continue to cook for another 5 minutes
Wrap the Tortillas between two sheets of damp paper towels and steam in the microwave for 30 seconds
Spoon the meat mixture on to the soft, warm Tortilla. Garnish with Kimchi, Cabbage, Jalapeno, Green Onions and Cilantro. Drizzle with Bulgogi Sauce
