  1. Place the chicken breats in a crockpot and add the Onion, Cream of Chicken Soup and the Rotel. Cook on High for 3-4 hours (or low 6-8)
  2. Remove the chicken to a cutting board to break apart. Return the chicken to the crockpot. Add the Velveeta and allow to cook for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. Serve over cooked spaghetti or rice
