Instructions
  1. Drain the Peppadews and slice off part of the open end to enlarge it. Chop up the sliced off pieces and set them aside
  2. Chop up the Eggs. Mix well with the Mayo, Mustard, Chives, Garlic, Capers, Sun Flower Seeds, Salt, Black Pepper and the chopped up end pieces from the Peppadews
  3. Fill each Peppadew with the Egg Salad mixture
