Peel the Ginger and cut into 1/2″ chunks. Chop until fine in a Food Processor. Set aside in a bowl
Cut the Green Onions into 1″ lengths. Chop until fine in a Food Processor. Add to the bowl with the Ginger.
Add the Salt to the Ginger and green Onions and mix well
In a pot heat the Peanut Oil over High Heat until the Oil starts to just smoke. Remove from the heat and stir in the Ginger/Green Onion mix. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving
