Thoroughly mix the Group Chicken with the Dressing
In a large skillet over Medium-High heat place the Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic and Shishito Peppers. Season with the Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Dill. Cook until the the Onions is tender.
Add the Chicken to the Skillet, turn the heat up to high and cook until no longer pink. Add the Mushrooms and continue to stir and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat
Assemble the Lettuce Wrap with some of the Meat Mixture then top with the Peperoncino, Tomatoes, Parsley and Feta.
