Spray the bottom of the slow cooker with some cooking spray
Season both sides of the Pork chops with the Oregano, Cumin, Salt and Pepper. Place in the bottom of the slow cooker
Cover the chops with the Red Bell Pepper, Garlic, Green Onion and Cilantro. Pour 1.5 C of the Green Chile Salsa over the top. Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours or on Low for 5-6
Using two forks shred the pork and stir in the remaining 1/2 C of the Green Chilie Salsa
Serve in hard or soft taco shells with various garnishes: shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced avocado, mango salsa, etc…
