chilled, formed in 1″ balls

Prepared Horseradish

Matso Ball mix
chilled, formed in 1″ balls

Prepared Horseradish

Fresh Dill
chopped

Green Onions
diced
Instructions
Prepare Matso Ball mix as directed. Add to the mixture the Horseradish and Fresh Dill. Chill and then form into 1″ Balls
Bring the Turkey Stock to a boil. Add the Carrots, Jalapeno, Turkey Meat and the Matso Balls. Lower to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes
Serve garnished with additional Dill and Green Onions
