  1. Boil or steam the Carrots until tender.
  2. Place the Carrots in a Food Processor. Add the Cinnamon, Butter and Sugar. Blend until a smooth puree
  3. Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe Notes

Also nice to add a dash of Hot Sauce to give a nice blend of heat and sweet.

Substitute an equivalent sweetener for the sugar to make a no-carb version. Also substitute an equivalent like “I Can’t Believe It’s Not butter” in place of the butter to make a no-fat version.
