Bring the 3 cups of Stock to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add the Chicken and Orzo. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 12 minutes. Stirring occasionally
Stir in the Salt, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary and Black Pepper. Cook for an additional 6 minutes
Add the Tomatoes, Green Onions and Peas. Cook for 1 more minute. Then add the Cheese, stir and serve with a garnish of chopped Parsley
