Combine the Beef, Sausage, Garlic, 1/4 tsp Salt and some grinds of Pepper to form into 6 oz patties
Combine the Onions and Bell Peppers in a bowl. Toss with the Olive Oil and 1/4 tsp Salt and some grinds of Pepper
Place this mixture on a hot grill pan. Turn occassionally until the veggies are slightly browned and tender. Set aside
Brush the grill pan with olive Oil and then add the burgers. Grill for 4 minutes per side while adding the cheese slices for the final 2 minutes (covering the burgers will help melt the cheese
Serve the burgers topped with the grilled veggies, basil leaves and a couple tablespoons of Marinara
