Combine the Water, Green Onions, Worcestershire Sauce, Butter and Salt. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Strain and discard the Green Onions. Return the Broth to the Pan

Add the Shrimp, Clams (and juice), Oysters (and juice), Butter, Lemon Juice, Tabasco, Parsley Flake, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper and Old Bay to the Broth. Simmer for 20 more minutes. Serve with toasted crusty bread
