In a large skillet on medium-high heat combine the Butter and Crushed Crackers. Stir while cooking for about 3 minutes until lightly toasted. Remove from skillet and set aside
Corn
Combine in that same skillet the Corn, Cheese, Milk, Onion Powder and Black Pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the mix is heated through
Stir in the other Ritz Crackers and cook for another 5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the reserved topping
