Instructions
Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet. Add the Lamb and Onion. Cook until the meat is browned and the Onion is tender
Drain the fat
Stir in the Tomato Sauce, Bulgur, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, Marjoram, Dill, Thyme and Nutmeg
Bring to a boil then lower the heat and allow to simmer for at least 10 minutes
Server the meat mixture topped with some Feta Cheese and the Romaine Lettuce on a Hamburger bun either closed or open face.
