Place the Onion and the Garlic Cloves on a foil lined baking sheet and place in the smoker for 2 hours at 250 degrees
Place the smoked Onion and Garlic in an bowl with the Apple Cider Vinegar. Allow to soak overnight
Use an Immersion Blender to puree the Onions and Garlic. Pour into a sauce pan and stir in the Sugar. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Maybe hit it again with the blender to ensure everything is thoroughly mixed
Pour the mixture into a bowl (should be about 2.5 C) and add an equal amount of Ketchup along with the Worcestershire. Whisk to combine.
