Instructions
Heat the Oil in a Dutch Oven over medium-high heat.
Stir in the Beef strips and cook until browned
Pour in the Beef Broth, Peanut Sauce and the Sriracha. Bring to a boil
Lower the heat to Medium, Stir in the Noodles and simmer uncovered for 4 minutes
Add the Broccoli and continue to simmer for 3 more minutes
Recipe Notes
Serve sprinkled with the Green Onions or with some
Ginger-Scallion Sauce
