Instructions
Whisk together the Coconut Oil, Lime Juice, Ginger Paste, Coriander, Tumeric and Cayenne Pepper
Pour the jar of Mango Chutney into a small sauce pan to warm
Place the Tilapia on a foil lined broiler pan. Salt and Pepper both sides of the Fish. Then liberally baste the fish in the sauce
Heat a grill pan on high. Spray the Zucchini and Squash slices with Cooking Spray. Cook on the grill. While the grill pan is coming up to temp…
Place the broiler pan with the Fish about 4 inches from the Broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes
Serve the Fish drizzled with the warmed Chutney and garnished with Cilantro, Green Onions and a wedge of Lime
