Spicy Tomato Dipping Oil
Great to serve as a condiment for dipping bread. You could even use it as a sauce on Pasta, Vegetables, Meatballs, etc…

Ingredients
- 1/3 C Olive Oil
- 1 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tb Sriracha
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Place the Tomatoes, Garlic, Sriracha, Salt and Sugar in a food processor and pulse until pureed
- Put the Olive Oil in a skillet or sauce pan and heat on low for about 3 minutes until warmed.
- Add the Tomato mixture and stir to thoroughly combine with the Oil. Stir in the Italian Seasoning and Black Pepper. Continue to simmer on medium-low heat for about 15-30 minutes
Recipe Notes
Serve as an appetizer with some good bread to use for dipping into the sauce
