Sichuan Fusion Chili Dogs

Ingredients
- 1 lb Petite Diced Beef
- 1/2 lb Chorizo
- 1 Tb Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Tb Ginger grated
- 2 Tb Garlic minced
- 1 Tb Crushed Red Pepper
- 12 oz Tomato Paste
- 1/2 C Tobanjang
- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
- 2 C Chicken Stock

Instructions
- Heat a stock pot or Dutch Oven over Medium-High heat with the Olive Oil and Sesame Oil. Add the Petite Diced beef, Chorizo, Onion, Ginger, Garlic and Chili flake. Brown the mixture throughly
- Stir the Tomato paste and Tobanjang into the meat mixture
- Stir the Soy Sauce and Chicken Stock into the meat mixture. Turn the heat down to Medium-Low and simmer covered for 2 hours
Recipe Notes
Roast some Hot Dogs in the oven (350 for 30 minutes) and serve with the Chili topped with some Chinese Mustard, sliced Green Onions and Chopped Cilantro.
