Beef & Ale Pie

Instructions
- Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over Medium. Add the onion. Cook until translucent
- Add the Carrot, Tomatoes, and Celery. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the Ground Beef. Cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in the Bean. Sprinkle with the flour and stir to combine.
- Place the skillet in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving
Recipe Notes
Could also spoon the mixture into individual size ramekins/pie tins and cut the puff pastry, after rolling it out, to fit.
Also nice served with a dollop of Sour Cream.
