Breaded Baked Potato Balls

Ingredients
- 2 lb Potatoes Baked, peeled and diced
- 4 oz Cream Cheese Room temp
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 C Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
- 1/4 C Green Onions chopped
- 1 Hatch Green Chilies Roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 Tb Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tb Salt
- 1/2 Tb Garlic Powder
- 1/4 C Flour
- Hot and Spicy Cheez-Its crushed

Instructions
- Bake the potatoes (350 for 60 minutes) and allow them to cool before peeling and dicing
- Mix the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheeses, Green Onions, Green Chilie, Pepper, Salt, Garlic Power and Flour
- Add the diced Potatoes and use a hand mixer on low to combine. Leave plenty of texture with the potatoes you are not looking to make a mash
