Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 Tb Vegetable Oil
- 2 10 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 2 15 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans drained and rinced
- 1 15 oz Black Beans drained and rinced
- 1/2 Onion diced
- 2 Tb Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tb White wine

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over Medium-High. Add the Ground Chicken and start to brown it.
- In a bowl combine the spices: Chili Powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Allspice and Salt.
- Once the Chicken has begun to cook add the spices and continue to cook until browned
- Add the Rotel, Beans and Onion to the Crockpot
- When the Chicken is done add the White Wine to deglaze the skillet then add the Chicken to the Crockpot and mix well
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4.
Recipe Notes
Substitute with Ground Turkey.
Serve garnished with chopped Cilanto and a dollop of Sour Cream with a side of Corn Bread and Honey
