Turmeric and Cayenne spiced Tilapia with a Mango Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 Tb Coconut Oil
- 2 Tb Lime Juice
- 1 Tb Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 4-5 Tilapia Filets fresh - NOT frozen
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Zucchini sliced thin
- 1 Yellow Squash sliced thin
- Mango Chutney Major Grey's
- Cilantro chopped
- Green Onions diced
- Lime cut into wedges

Instructions
- Whisk together the Coconut Oil, Lime Juice, Ginger Paste, Coriander, Tumeric and Cayenne Pepper
- Pour the jar of Mango Chutney into a small sauce pan to warm
- Place the Tilapia on a foil lined broiler pan. Salt and Pepper both sides of the Fish. Then liberally baste the fish in the sauce
- Heat a grill pan on high. Spray the Zucchini and Squash slices with Cooking Spray. Cook on the grill. While the grill pan is coming up to temp...
- Place the broiler pan with the Fish about 4 inches from the Broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes
- Serve the Fish drizzled with the warmed Chutney and garnished with Cilantro, Green Onions and a wedge of Lime
