j p, no disrespect to your friend, but it sounds like this guy is addicted to fighting, look at all the warriors in his family. There is no reasoning with him, he has blinders on, to each their own, let him think his thoughts, and you think yours…no sense wasting anymore time on such narrow minded people that only know war.

Talk about weak-kneed lilly livered wussies.

They ask me to find a point I disagree with Ron Paul on.  I provide them almost 10 before I stop counting (but also mention points that I like).  They ask me to look at his record.  I do and demonstrate extensively that he has accomplished ZERO.  And provide analysis as to why he would continue to accomplish ZERO.  I doubt that any of them had ever actually looked at Ron Paul’s Congressional record to what it is that he as actually done other then to be a demagogue.

Being the victims of demagoguery is written all over your friends reaction:

They asked me to review various rah-rah Ron Paul websites and videos.  I did and commented on the data I found there.

I provide them with the references to research each of my points and facts.  Bet they did not look at any of them.  Instead they run away and hide because it would shake their world view.

And they call me closed minded and “wearing blinders”!  What hypocrites!  But their actions are par for the course from people that are deluded and afraid.

I sure hope you are at least a fraction bit more open-minded then people like “Tiger” and “Redgranite”.
