PSMF Recipe – Mock Hash Browns
Protein Sparing Modified Fast
Hash Browns (2 servings)
1 C cup grated zucchini
2 eggs — beaten
1 Tablespoon grated onion
1 dash onion powder
1 dash garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.
Spread hash mixture in skillet. When brown on one side, turn and cook the other side.
