Ingredients
Bulgogi Marinade
- 1/4 C Pear Juice
- 1 C Rice Wine
- 6 Tb Soy Sauce
- 2 Tb Sesame Oil
- 2 Tb Sugar
- 4 Tb Corn Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 6 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 4 Green Onions Finely chopped
Meat
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Lb Ground Pork
- 1 Lb Fajita Steak Strips Cut in half
- 2 Tb Olive Oil
Veggies
- 1 Onions Diced
- 1 Fresno Chili Seeded and finely diced
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper Seeded and finely diced
- 6 Shishito Peppers Sliced thin
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 14 oz Kimchi Chopped
- 2 Tb Go-Chu-Ka-Ru
- 1 Light Red Kidney Beans (canned) 15 oz Can
Stock
- 1.5 C Beef Stock
- 4 Tb Tomato Paste
- 1.5 Tb Go-Chu-chang
- 1 Fire-Roasted Tomatoes (canned) 14.5 oz Can

Instructions
Marinade
- Whisk the ingredients together
Meat
- Thoroughly combine with your hands the Ground Beef, Ground Pork, and 1 C. of the Marinade.
- Massage 1/4 C of the Marinade into the cut up Fajita Steak Strips. Reserve the rest of the Marinade
- Add the Olive Oil to a Skillet over High Heat and cook half the Beef/Pork mixture as a large patty. Allow it to cook to develop a char. Then flip the patty and allow that side to char too. Then break up the patty into bite size pieces. Drain the fat/fluids and add the Meat to your Crock pot with the heat set on Low. Repeat with the other half of the Beef Pork mixture
- Return the Skillet to the Heat and then cook the Marinated Strip Steak until it browned. Drain and add to the Crock Pot
Vegetables
- Return the Skillet to the Heat and add the remaining reserved Marinade to deglaze the pan. Add the Onions and allow to cook until translucent.
- To the Onions add the Fresno, Jalapeno, Shishito, and Red and Green Bell Peppers along with the Kimchi and GoChuKaRu. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Then add to the Crock Pot. Along with the Kidney Beans
Stock
- In a Sauce Pan combine over Medium heat the Beef Stock, Tomato Paste, Canned Tomatoes and the GoChuChang. Add this to the Crock Pot

GoChuKaRu is a Crushed Red Pepper Power. GoChChang is a Red Pepper Paste.
