Asian Pork-Noodle Salad
Note: that you will want to refrigerate this dish for 4-24 hours

Ingredients
- 1 package Pork Flavored Ramen noodles
- 1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 C Rice Vinegar
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 3 Tb Thai Peanut Sauce Store bought or make your own
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Lb Pork loin chops
- 4 C Cabbage shredded
- 1 C Broccoli florets
- 1/2 C Sliced Almonds toasted
- 4 Green Onions sliced

Instructions
- While broiler is preheating Place in a mixing bowl and whisk together the seasoning packet from the Ramen, Oil, vinegar, garlic, Peanut sauce and the crushed Red pepper
- Place the pork chops on a foil lined broiler pan and lightly brush them with the dressing mixture. Cook the chops under the top shelf of the broiler for about 10 minutes (or until done). Remove from the heat and allow to cool before cutting into thin strips
- Cook the Ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes so that they are al dente. Drain and place the noodles in a large bowl. Add the sliced pork, shredded cabbage, broccoli, toasted almonds and sliced green onions. Pour the rest of the dressing mixture of the top and toss to combine.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours to allow the salad to chill and the flavors to meld.
