Asian Pork Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Pork Tenderloin Diced
- 3 Tb Hoisin Sauce
- 3 Tb Soy Sauce
- 2 Tb Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tb Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Wasabi Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Carrot shredded
- 1/2 English Cucumbers halved lengthwise, sliced thin
- 1 C Cabbage shredded
- Flour Toriillas

Instructions
- Whisk together the Hoisin, Soy, Vegetable Oil, Rice Vinegar, Wasabi, Ginger and Sugar.
- Cook the Pork over medium-high heat. When it is mostly browned with still a little pink areas add the sauce. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes until the sauce is thick and bubbly
- While the Pork is cooking in the sauce use a grill pan to heat the flour tortillas to give them some char marks.
- Place a spoonful of the Pork on the tortilla and top with Carrot, Cucumbers and Cabbage. Drizzle with additional pan sauce
