Asian Turkey Burger

Ingredients
Burger Patty
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Sambal
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tb Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper finely dived
- 1/2 tsp Go-Chu-Ka-Ru
- 2 tsp Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Togarashi
- Green leaf Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
Sauce
- 2 Tb Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tb Sambal
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions
- Combine the Turkey, Fish Sauce, Ginger, Sambal, Soy Sauce, Jalapeno, Cilantro and Go-Chu-Ka-Ru. Form into 1/4 lb Patties
- Place the Oils in a skillet on high heat. When the oil beings to shimmer add the Turkey Patties. Sprinkle a little of the Togarashi as the Burgers cook. About 3 minutes per side. Flipping as required until done
- Mix the Hoisin, Sambal and Rice Vinegar.
Recipe Notes
Serve the Burgers on Green Leaf Lettuce with a slice of Tomato, some chopped Cilantro and a drizzle of the Hoisin Sauce
You can substitute the Go-Chu-Ka-Ru (Korean Red Pepper Powder) with Paprika or Chili Powder
You can substitute the Togarashi with Cayenne Pepper Powder
