Beef and Hot Italian sausage meatballs with a Molasses Lime sauce

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1.5 Lb Lean Ground Beef
- 8 oz Hot Italian Turkey Sausage Removed from the casing
- 1 C Rolled Oats
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 8 Green Onions finely chopped
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Molasses Lime sauce
- 4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 Tb Molasses
- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
- 2 Tb Lime Juice

Instructions
- Combine the Ground Beef, Sausage, Oats, Eggs, Green Onions, Worcestershire and Crushed Red Pepper. Shape into 2" size meat balls
- Coat a skillet with cooking spray and cook the meatballs in batches to brown on both sides. Move to your Crockpot when they are browned. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or on high about 2.5 hours
- When the Meat is done cooking whisk together the Molasses, Soy and Lime Juice and pour over the top of the Meatballs and serve
