Chicken Bulgogi Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 2 Tb Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tb Soy Sauce
- 1 Tb Lime Juice
- 1 Tb Go-Chu-chang
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
- 1/2 C Kimchi chopped
- 1 C Cabbage finely shredded
- 1 Jalapeno finely diced
- 2 Green Onions chopped
- 1/4 C Cilantro chopped
- Bulgogi Sauce
- White Corn Tortillas

Instructions
- Cook the Ground Chicken over medium high heat. When browned deglaze with the Rice Vinegar
- While the Chicken is cooking whisk together the Soy, Lime Juice, Go-chu-chang, Brown Sugar, Ginger and Garlic. Add to the Cooked Chicken and continue to cook for another 5 minutes
- Wrap the Tortillas between two sheets of damp paper towels and steam in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Spoon the meat mixture on to the soft, warm Tortilla. Garnish with Kimchi, Cabbage, Jalapeno, Green Onions and Cilantro. Drizzle with Bulgogi Sauce
