Jalapeno, Chicken & Pepper Jack Cheese Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 2 Jalapeno Pepper diced
- 8 oz Cream Cheese room temp
- 2 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 oz Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
- 6 oz Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Combine the Cream Cheese with the Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Diced Jalapeno
- Mix in the Chicken meat and the seasoning
- Heat some vegetable oil to 400 degrees then cook the Egg Rolls in batches. Cook until each side is golden brown
Recipe Notes
Server with a side of a spicy jelly (Jalopeno, Habanero, etc..) to dip the Egg rolls in.
