Corn and Cheese Chowder
Found the basis for this on the Food Network website. Very tasty

Ingredients
- 4 T Butter half a stick
- 1 Onion chopped
- 6 Bacon Slices cut into pieces
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper finely diced
- 1 Yellow Bell Peper finely diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper finely diced
- 5 C Frozen Corn thawed
- 1/4 C Flour
- 3 C Chicken Stock
- 2 C Half-and-half
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese grated or shredded
- 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese grated or shredded
- 1/3 C Green Onions diced

Instructions
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine Add the chicken stock and stir well. Allow to thicken for 4-5 minutes then reduce to a simmer. Stir in the half-and half and allow to continue to simmer for another 15 minutes
- Stir in the cheeses and green onions. Add Salt and pepper to taste
