Ingredients
- 1 15 oz Can Corn Drained
- 1 15 oz Can Cream Corn
- 1 Jiffy Corn Bread Mix (8oz)
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 C Butter melted
- 1 4 oz Can Hatch Mild Green Chilie
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 C Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients (except for the Cheese) and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes (until set in the middle and golden brown
- Sprinkle the Cheese on top and put it back in the Oven to let the Cheese melt
