Deviled Egg Peppadew

Ingredients
- 40 Peppadew Peppers
- 8 Eggs hard boiled
- 1/4 C Sun Flower Seeds Toasted
- 1 Tb Capers finely chopped
- 12 Garlic Cloves Roasted and minced
- 2 Tb Chives finely chopped
- 4 Tb Mayonnaise
- 2 Tb Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Drain the Peppadews and slice off part of the open end to enlarge it. Chop up the sliced off pieces and set them aside
- Chop up the Eggs. Mix well with the Mayo, Mustard, Chives, Garlic, Capers, Sun Flower Seeds, Salt, Black Pepper and the chopped up end pieces from the Peppadews
- Fill each Peppadew with the Egg Salad mixture
