Green Chile Pork Carnitas

Ingredients
- 2 lb Boneless Pork Loin cut into thick chops
- 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 C Green Chili Salsa
- 1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and diced
- 3 Green Onions sliced
- 4 Garlic Cloves chopped
- 1/2 C Cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Spray the bottom of the slow cooker with some cooking spray
- Season both sides of the Pork chops with the Oregano, Cumin, Salt and Pepper. Place in the bottom of the slow cooker
- Serve in hard or soft taco shells with various garnishes: shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced avocado, mango salsa, etc...
