Korean Fusion Hot Dogs

Ingredients
BulGoGi Sauce
- 4 Tb Go-Chu-chang Korean Red Pepper Paste
- 4 TB Creamed Honey
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Tb Water
Garnish
- 2 Carrots shaved with a vegetable peeler
- Green Onions sliced thing lengthwise
- 1/4 C Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tb Go-Chu-Ka-Ru Korean Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Hot Dogs
- All Beef Hot Dogs scored and butterflied
- Soft Buns

Instructions
Garnish
- Place all the ingredients in a sealed bag and place in the fridge for an hour
Sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl
Hot Dogs
- Score the outside of the Hot Dog then slice length-wise. Grill on both sides basting with the sauce as they cook.
- Dress the Bun with more of the Sauce then add the Hot Dog and the quick Pickled Vegetable

I used the Hebrew National Jumbo size Hot Dogs and a super soft Sub Roll
