Matso Ball Soup
Great use of Thanksgiving Day leftovers

Ingredients
- 8 C Turkey Broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 1 Jalapeno seeded, finely diced
- Turkey Leftovers shredded
- 1 package Matso Ball mix chilled, formed in 1" balls
- 1/2 tsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tb Fresh Dill chopped
- 2 Green Onions diced

Instructions
- Prepare Matso Ball mix as directed. Add to the mixture the Horseradish and Fresh Dill. Chill and then form into 1" Balls
- Bring the Turkey Stock to a boil. Add the Carrots, Jalapeno, Turkey Meat and the Matso Balls. Lower to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes
- Serve garnished with additional Dill and Green Onions
