Orzo Chicken Asiago

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts About 1 lb cut into 1/2" pieces
- 3 C Chicken Stock
- 1 1/4 C Orzo Pasta
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 pinches Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 C Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 C Green Onions chopped
- 1 C Frozen Peas
- 3/4 C Asiago Cheese

Instructions
- Bring the 3 cups of Stock to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add the Chicken and Orzo. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 12 minutes. Stirring occasionally
- Stir in the Salt, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary and Black Pepper. Cook for an additional 6 minutes
- Add the Tomatoes, Green Onions and Peas. Cook for 1 more minute. Then add the Cheese, stir and serve with a garnish of chopped Parsley
