- 2 Steaks Ribeye, New York Strip, etc..
- 4 Tb Butter melted
- 2 Tb Worcestershire
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Montreal Steak Seasoning

Instructions
- Melt the Butter, Whisk in the Worcestershire and Dijon. Baste all sides of the Steaks. Sprinkle with Montreal Seasoning.
- Heat Smoker to 225 and cook the Steaks for 20 minutes.
- Remove the Steaks and increase the heat to 450. Return the Steaks to the grill and cook on each side for an additional 3 minutes
