Poblano Jalapeno Avocado Creme Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Jalapeno Stem removed
- 1 Poblano Pepper Roasted, stemmed and half the charred skin removed
- 1.5 tsp Chicken Stock
- .5 C Evaporated Milk
- 2 Avocado
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a small pan and add the stemmed Jalapeno. Boil for 25 minutes
- Place the boiled Jalapeno, 1/4 C of the water the Jalapeno was boil in, the Chicken Stock, Poblano, Evaporated Milk, Salt, Lime Juice and the Avocado in a small mixing bowl. Use and immersion blender to puree until smooth
