My low(er) cost version of an Ecuadoran-style Ceviche

Ingredients
- 1 28 oz Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/4 C Lime Juice
- 1/4 C Lemon Juice
- 4-5 Tb Tabasco
- 1 Red Onion Diced
- 1 Cucumber Diced
- 1 Tb Salt
- 1/4 C Fresh cilantro chopped
- 4 C Salad Shrimp About a 12 oz Bag
- 16 oz Flake style Krab
