Ingredients
Topping
- 3 Tb Butter
- 1/2 C Ritz Crackers crushed
Corn
- 2 11 oz Cans Corn with Sweet Peppers drained
- 2 7 oz Cans White Corn drained
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese copped
- 2/3 C Milk
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2/3 C Ritz Crackers crushed

Instructions
Topping
- In a large skillet on medium-high heat combine the Butter and Crushed Crackers. Stir while cooking for about 3 minutes until lightly toasted. Remove from skillet and set aside
Corn
- Combine in that same skillet the Corn, Cheese, Milk, Onion Powder and Black Pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the mix is heated through
- Stir in the other Ritz Crackers and cook for another 5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the reserved topping
