Ingredients
- 2 Lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 16 oz Salsa
- 1.5 C Mushrooms diced
- 1 C Carrots shredded and diced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- Hamburger buns toasted

Instructions
- Brown the Meat over Medium-High heat. Drain off the fat.
- Stir in the Salsa, Mushrooms, Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Tomato Paste, Basil, Oregano, Salt, Cayenne and Garlic and continue to cook over Med-High heat for 10 minutes.
- Lower the heat and allow to simmer for 15 more minute
Recipe Notes
Any brand of jar Salsa will work. We liked the Mild Green Chilie Salsa from the El Pinto brand. Brioche buns work well
