Slow Cooker Balsamic Vinegar and Honey BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients
Pork
- 3 lb Pork Shoulder boneless
- 1 C Onion chopped
- 3/4 C Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme crushed
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary crushed
- 1/2 C Chicken Stock
BBQ Sauce
- 1 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/4 C Ketchup
- 1/3 C Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C Honey
- 1 Tb Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tb Dijon Mustard
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Pork
- Place pork in a Crockpot along with the Onion and Bell Pepper. Sprinkle with the Seasoning. Add the Broth. Cool on low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
- Remove meat from Crock, discard the fat and shred the Meat. Strain the Vegetables from the liquid. Mash up the Vegetables and return them to the Pot along with the Meat.
- Mix in the Barbeque sauce. Turn heat to low and contrinue to cook covered for 1 Hour
BBQ Sauce
- Combine the Ingredients in a Sauce Pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. About 20 minutes
