Spicy Beef & Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb Top Sirloin Steak Cut into strips against the grain
- 1 Tb Canola Oil
- 28 oz Beef Broth
- 1/3 C Peanut Sauce
- 2 Tb Sriracha
- 2 C Egg Noodles
- 2 C Broccoli florets
- 1/4 C Green Onions cut on the bias

Instructions
- Heat the Oil in a Dutch Oven over medium-high heat.
- Stir in the Beef strips and cook until browned
- Pour in the Beef Broth, Peanut Sauce and the Sriracha. Bring to a boil
- Lower the heat to Medium, Stir in the Noodles and simmer uncovered for 4 minutes
- Add the Broccoli and continue to simmer for 3 more minutes
Recipe Notes
Serve sprinkled with the Green Onions or with some Ginger-Scallion Sauce
