Sweet and Spicy Pickles

Ingredients
- 3-4 English Cucumbers Julienned, sliced or cut into match sticks
- 3 C Rice Vinegar
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 C Sriracha
- 1/4 C Sesame Oil

Instructions
- Whisk together the Vinegar, Sugar, Sriracha and Sesame Oil
- Add the Cucumbers to a large jar and pour in the pickling liquid. Seal and place in the fridge. After at least 30 minutes feel free to enjoy!
Recipe Notes
To tone down the sweetness just use 2 C of Sugar
